FaktuPro is a professional invoicing application for macOS, designed for freelancers and small businesses. It lets you create VAT invoices, correction invoices, proformas, and debit notes with beautiful PDF templates. It also integrates with Poland's KSeF (national e-invoice system) and features AI-powered invoice creation.

FaktuPro offers a free tier that lets you create a limited number of invoices and proformas each month. For unlimited access to all features, you can upgrade to Pro via the Mac App Store.

KSeF (Krajowy System e-Faktur) is Poland's national electronic invoice system. It allows businesses to submit and receive structured e-invoices through a centralized government platform.

FaktuPro integrates directly with KSeF, letting you:

• Submit invoices to KSeF
• Receive official confirmation (UPO)
• Sync purchase invoices

Smart Invoice lets you describe an invoice in plain language, for example: "Invoice Acme Corp for 10 hours of design at 100 EUR/h with 23% VAT."

The AI parses your description into structured line items with proper quantities, prices, and tax rates.

Only your prompt text is processed. No personal data, business names, addresses, or client details are sent to the AI.

Yes. FaktuPro is fully GDPR compliant. Here is how we protect your data:

• Data stored exclusively on EU-based servers
• Passwords encrypted with bcrypt
• KSeF certificates protected with AES-256 encryption
• No analytics, tracking cookies, or fingerprinting
• No collection of GPS location, microphone, or contacts data

FaktuPro supports the following document types:

• Purchase invoices imported from KSeF

All document types support proper Polish tax formatting, multi-currency, and bilingual output.

Yes. FaktuPro offers 12+ professionally designed PDF themes, from minimal to bold. With Pro, you can fully customize colors and fonts to match your brand. You can also add your company logo and electronic signature to invoices.

iOS and web versions of FaktuPro are currently in development and coming soon. For now, FaktuPro is available exclusively on macOS through the Mac App Store.

All subscriptions are managed through the Mac App Store. To cancel, open the App Store on your Mac, click your profile, go to "Manage Subscriptions," find FaktuPro, and click "Cancel Subscription." Your Pro access will continue until the end of your current billing period.

FaktuPro gives you full control over document numbering. Build your format by dragging blocks: number with yearly reset (NY), monthly (NM), weekly (NW), daily (ND), continuous (N), or per-client (NC). Add year (YYYY/YY), month (MM), day (DD), client code (COD), prefix, suffix, and delimiter. Example: FV / NY / MM / YYYY gives FV/1/03/2026. Each document type (invoice, correction, proforma, debit note) has its own independent numbering. You can also set leading zeros (001, 0001) and a starting offset when migrating from another system.

Yes. FaktuPro supports native macOS keyboard shortcuts:

• Cmd+Shift+I opens Smart Create (AI)
• Cmd+N creates a new document
• Cmd+K opens quick search
• Cmd+P prints the invoice
• Cmd+F searches the list
• Cmd+R refreshes data

Inside Smart Create: Cmd+Return submits, Escape closes.

On the invoice list: Space opens a QuickLook PDF preview. In document view: Cmd+P prints the PDF even without focusing it.

FaktuPro uses the native macOS sharing system. You can send invoice PDFs via iMessage, Mail, AirDrop, or any other sharing service installed on your Mac.

Yes. FaktuPro lets you convert a proforma into a VAT invoice with one click. All items, client data, and amounts are carried over, and the proforma is linked as the source document.

Yes. FaktuPro lets you add your company logo and electronic signature. You can upload an image file, draw freehand in the app, or scan from paper using your camera.

The free plan includes:

• 2 invoices and 3 proformas per month
• 2 clients
• 1 bank account
• 3 PDF themes
• 3 Smart Invoice uses per month
• Unlimited corrections
• Full KSeF integration

PDF documents include a watermark. You can upgrade to Pro at any time.

You can delete your account in the "Feedback & Help" section in the app.

After deletion, all your data will be permanently removed. We do not store any user data after account deletion.

We recommend saving your documents beforehand. The app is not a long-term archive, and the responsibility for storing accounting records rests with the user.
